Postage - That Couture only offers Speed Post, a form of international express postal service to ensure all purchases have tracking details and are received within 72hrs. Receiving Your Shoes - Once the order is confirmed by the client we allow 4 weeks for your shoes to be made and shipped to your door. Exchange and Refund - That Couture provides exchange and refund for our clients, please read our policy on the FAQs page to ensure you completely understand the policy. Monitor Settings - We do our best to ensure all colours and designs are represented accurately on our website. In some cases there will be slight variation in colour tones due to monitor settings on different computers. Please take this into consideration when selecting colours. Shortage in Swatches - In some cases That Couture may experience a shortage in swatches if demand is high for certain leather, colour or fabric type. We will endeavour to source your swatch of choice or a replacement swatch for you if this occurs.
